[Village of Norridge] Anniversary Banner Application

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a 75th Anniversary banner. The sponsorship cost of each 30” x 72” banner is $125. The banners will be affixed to light poles along Montrose, Harlem, Foster, Canfield and Cumberland Avenues and Irving Park Road. All sponsors will receive their banner at the end of the official 75th Anniversary celebration.

Please complete the attached application and hit submit. Your completed application will be emailed directly to our 75th Anniversary Banner Chairperson via this portal. Payment can be made either by cash, check or credit card (fee applies), and all payments must be received at the Norridge Village Hall by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, March 31, 2023.
