Dear Water Billing Customer,

The Village of Norridge offers an Automatic Payment Program that provides our customers with a convenient way to make payments. With this program, your payment is electronically transferred from your bank to our bank and credited to your water account at the Village of Norridge. You will continue to receive a statement for your records.

Many customers have switched from online bill payment to the Automatic Payment Program. Your bank is currently mailing us a paper check that could be delayed in the mail and cause unnecessary late charges assessed to your account.

Instead of having to monitor your account, this system automatically allows you to pay the exact amount due on your water bill on the exact due date. Your water bill will indicate the date the payment amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you can cancel it within thirty days notice to the Village of Norridge. All of this information and more is explained on the reverse side of the application.

​Join the many Norridge Water customers who are using the convenient Automatic Payment Program. Complete the application and mail it or drop it off at the Village Hall. You may authorize us to debit either a checking or savings account. If enrolling your checking account, please provide us with a copy of a voided check; if a savings account, a copy of your deposit ticket is sufficient.
